BPR  served as civil engineer, surveyor & landscape designer for the development of a new Dunkin Donuts situated on the south side of Maryland Route 140, west of Maryland Route 91, in Finksburg, Maryland. The project generally consisted of demolishing existing out-dated structures and designing the proposed site to meet Carroll County and SHA regulations. This was done with retaining the Dunkin Donuts prototype in mind. BPR  met the special site constraints (such as addressing the irregular shape and size, ESD to the MEP, proving circulation to Old Westminster Pike, and retaining a portion of the existing structure to provide ample storage).

BPR  provided the additional services of preparation and recordation of new legal property descriptions, boundary & construction stakeout, site layout, site grading, utilities, stormwater management, landscape design, SHA road improvements, and construction inspections.
