Dear Friends,

We are delighted to officially announce that B.P.R., INC is under new ownership and is operating as BPR, LLC.

Randy Bachtel, Steve Barnhart, George Pickavance, and Les Rill, have done a fantastic job of shepherding your projects over the years. As many of you may already know Randy, George and Steve will be stepping down from their daily operations and will continue to be a vital part of the firm you have grown to trust over the years.

The day-to-day operations for the field and office will transition over to Scott Landis and Brian Johnson. You may be familiar with both names, as they have been with the BPR team throughout the last 20 years of its 37 years in operation.

Randy is enthusiastic about transitioning into this next phase.

Scott was hired by Randy in the spring of 2000, to assist in developing the newly founded CAD department at BPR.

“I was grateful for Randy giving me the chance to learn from a skilled and knowledgeable team of surveyors and planners. My passion for surveying grew as I pursued a degree in Land Surveying and ultimately became a licensed Professional Land Surveyor.” ~ Scott Landis

In 2002, Brian was hired on as a member of the field crew, and quickly developed into a new CAD operator and leader on the inside office operations. With a willingness to learn and adapt, he quickly began taking on unique roles, spearheading daily operations for plan preparation.

“Over the years I have evolved as a project manager for many plans within the local area. I am excited to continue to support the daily interactions with you and our local leaders.” ~ Brian Johnson

Throughout the last two decades, we have developed ourselves as leaders in this industry, within BPR, and other firms. We successfully developed and managed other firms over the last 7 years, and seized the opportunity to continue growing with you and the rest of the BPR team. We hold true to the principles established by the founders of BPR Inc. and are committed to exceeding the level of service that you have come to expect. We look forward to building relationships with each of you and are excited to be part of this growing team.
